At that time, Li Wenzong had been the chairman of the Taipei MRT Company for a year and three months, and he rarely returned to the North City Government, and he had not touched the Jinghua City case at all, and he had nothing to do with the plot ratio of Jinghua City. In order to fabricate the charges, the prosecutor first said that Li Wenzong was in charge of money, and Li Wenzong came to be the chief financial officer of the campaign headquarters for the 2024 presidential election, and before that, he completely ignored the finances of the People’s Party and me.
The prosecutor cited Zhang Yizhen’s testimony that he knew that the People’s Party had job donations, so he thought he had internal information about the People’s Party, and insisted that whether it was 3 million or 2.1 million yuan, it was a bribe donated for Ko Wen-je position.
The first point is that the People’s Party does not have a donation of 3 million yuan, nor does it have a donation amount of 2.1 million yuan, because we stipulate that those with multiple statuses, such as the mayor and party chairman, will only take the one with the highest amount, and there is no need to double count.
The second point is that because the People’s Party is a new party, it did not have all the systems on the first day of its establishment, so the post donation started in 2021. The prosecutor was bent on fabricating charges, knowing that it was too strange for political donations to be used as bribes, so they said that it was for job donations, but they didn’t know that the 2.1 million occurred in 109 years (2020), and the People’s Party’s job donations only started a year later in 2021.
Spending this time is just to let the public know how the prosecution is doing everything possible to fabricate charges in this case. When I was first taken into custody, I thought I was open, thinking that the prosecution was just not clear about the situation, and as long as the investigation was completed, I would return my innocence, so I didn’t even protest, but I didn’t expect that after the indictment, I had the opportunity to read the indictment and the transcripts of the relevant people, and I realized that the prosecution deliberately wanted to fabricate charges, coerce everyone to frame me, and fabricate all kinds of evidence to satisfy their own fantasies of the indictment, #我才知道原來台灣的司法真的是政治工具

Just for the sake of a short message, there was no other evidence to prove that Li Wenzong had anything to do with the Jinghuacheng case, and as a result, Li Wenzong was still in prison, and was actually asked by the prosecutor to be sentenced to 10 years in prison, fined 10 million yuan, and deprived of public power for 5 years. #你們為了要對付 Ko Wen-je hurts innocent people, will you feel at ease?
I’ve been a doctor for 30 years, I’m a surgical emergency and critical care physician, I’ve been working in the surgical intensive care unit and the emergency department, saving lives between life and death, I’ve been saving people all my life, it’s hard to imagine that someone will treat harming people as work, I don’t know who instructed you, I don’t know why you want to do the most malicious interpretation of everything, you have to put me to death. I have been the director of the surgical intensive care unit of National Taiwan University for 17 years, and the director of the Department of Trauma Medicine for 5 and a half years.Ko Wen-je I sincerely appeal to the public prosecutor not to wade into this troubled water, and ask him to take responsibility for who wrote the indictment, and explain his motives clearly in court, and if there is any hardship, he can also tell it.
As for 15 million, in the course of this case, what I can’t stand the most is that the prosecutor often takes a text message in his mobile phone and asks: Who did you send a text message to 4 years ago and why? Otherwise, take a file in the USB and ask who wrote it? Why? We don’t even remember the events of last week, let alone a few years ago!

According to the prosecution’s indictment, Shen Qingjing withdrew a total of 16 million yuan in September and October 111, and then handed over 15 million yuan in cash to Ko Wen-je in person. Obviously, the prosecution’s numbers are completely out of the picture. I was imprisoned for four months without any evidence, and if I continued to be detained for another three months, as long as I did not write a confession as required by the prosecution, I had a bad attitude after committing the crime. As long as no evidence of the crime can be found, they will continue to be locked up and detained, and if they still can’t be found after 7 months of investigation, what should I do? Keep closing until you are killed, #你們的目的就是要把我弄死.
For public welfare encroachment:
First of all, I would like to make it clear that I have not embezzled a lawsuit related to the embezzlement of political donations for public welfare. It is true that I did not encroach because I had no intention of encroaching at all.
I have been a surgeon at National Taiwan University Hospital for 30 years and have never received red envelopes.
I have been the mayor of Taipei City for 8 years, and I have been very economical in special expenses, and the remaining 9 million special expenses are used as bonuses for the selection of outstanding civil servants every 3 months.
Whether it is a doctor or a politician, for me, it is to be honest and honest according to my father’s education, to do things well, and I live a simple life, and I do not think about personal interests.
I am an amateur in politics, I was the mayor of Taipei for 8 years, founded the Taiwan People’s Party, ran for president, and went from one person to having to take care of a whole team. This is the job that all leaders face. But in the eyes of the prosecutors, this is not the case.
The ticket revenue from the KP show concert and the income from the sale of campaign items by Muke Company are all political donations and should all be deposited into the political donation account, so we are embezzling the public welfare and should be sentenced. Let’s make it clear, is this to be taken as a precedent? #小英商號. #扁帽工廠呢? Actually, as a presidential candidate, I don’t have time to worry about these chores, but these are the charges that have been prosecuted against me.

I understand that this case must be discussed with the evidence. Therefore, I also hope that the court will understand that in the process, the prosecution has never presented direct evidence of my embezzlement of political donations, but has maliciously prosecuted and tried to destroy my personality. As for my personal detention and confinement for seven months, it also gave me an opportunity to reflect and read, although I temporarily lost the freedom of space, but I have more time to freely, I have been in politics for 10 years, and I have little time to read, and now I read for more than ten hours every day, and I have regained the joy of reading. I was originally a surgeon in acute and critical care surgery, but I gave up medicine to enter politics ten years ago, became the mayor of Taipei for eight years, founded the People’s Party, served as the chairman of the party, and elected president. The things that I have to deal with every day come too quickly and urgently, and the society also has high expectations, although I have worked hard, there must be something that I can’t do well, and I also deeply reflect on the various mistakes I have made in the past ten years, and I will also reflect on the improvement one by one. In life, it is not a bad thing to have an opportunity to stop and reflect on reading.
The most regrettable thing is that when my father was critically ill, my son, who was a doctor, could not take care of me personally, although my colleagues at National Taiwan University Hospital were very helpful and gave the best care, but as the eldest son, I could not be by my side, which is the regret of my life. One day, the lawyer went to see me in the detention center and told me, “Your father passed away at 8 o’clock yesterday morning.” The feeling in that moment was going to be a pain for the rest of my life.
